Hi Belinda, We just wanted to send a quick thank you note to you and everyone at AMI. We greatly appreciate all the help and guidance that you guys have provided us. The Boot Camp was great and very informative; we look forward to the next ones. It is obvious our neighborhood is struggling and we are trying our bests to turn it around as a Board, but to have y’all giving so much support that is above and beyond the norm is very impressive, comforting and greatly appreciated. You guys are so dedicated and want to help in any way possible, which is a very refreshing when you’re consistently catching grief from fellow homeowners. The breakfast you and Mrs. Regenbaum had with us was very nice and shows the effort y’all are putting into our neighborhood. Just know we are aware of all you guys do and are very much appreciative. Thanks again!
While these last few days have been rough, to say the least, I wanted to take just a moment and pass along how I believe AMI has shined through it all.
In no particular order, Jared has worked relentlessly fielding calls, complaints, and even anger from a handful of residents (about 8 out of a community of over 700). He has faded a lot of heat and all the while maintained the utmost integrity and professionalism. He has worked very hard for our community and truly rose to the occasion.
Krystle too has endured the workload, pulling together facts, figures, and proxies. She has handled her share of calls and personal visits to the office. Again, maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Thad was most pleasant as he stopped to assist me in posting new information regarding our elections on the website at the last minute. He is always prompt, courteous, and willing to help.
The ladies who attended the annual meeting last night were professional and helpful as they checked in hundreds of residents and counted proxies and ballots.
As a board member and a resident, I could not be more proud of the work AMI has done collectively (and individually) over the past couple of days. It is clear to me, as it was to many residents at the meeting last night, that our decision to employ the services of AMI was one of the best decisions ever made by our HOA.
I also would like to thank Mr. Regenbaum for jumping in and fielding questions as the discussion ensued and heated. As you may know, it appears to be a very small number of complaints (about 8-10) that just became extremely vocal and relentless in their demand for time and attention.
Again, thank you for all that AMI does to help our community. If you need any further information, please let me know. And please feel free to pass on my praise of your employees and my gratitude.
We think you did a fantastic job. You jumped into the job and after a week or two it felt that we had a veteran on our property. We are very pleased with the level of response, in terms of speed and quality, you gave to our concerns and requests.
We had the expectation that we were going to hit a slow time with the holidays and a temporary manager on board, but it was not the case. We were able to keep going without much disruption. We thank you for that.
We also want to take this opportunity thank Carrie for her efforts in her first year with us. This is something that the Board had actually discussed doing, but we had not gotten to do yet.
Carrie we'd like to thank you for the energy you've brought to our team. We can know that our concerns are being taken care of and that they are valued. Your level of commitment to our community makes our lives as a Board much easier, and our community much better. Most of all, we are very grateful for all the work you did on solving the back street issue. A problem that our Board had tried to solve for more than 2 years. And that involved negotiations with many parties, including all the businesses surrounding us, plus many levels of government in our area. What was accomplished was beyond our expectations. Thank you.
Mr. Quick, We think it is safe to say that you have a couple of stars in your team.. Keep up the good work! and thanks again.
