  • Dear folks at AMI- My wife-Susan-and I have been living in Bella Vita for almost 4 years. We always have felt that all connected with Bella Vita [and that includes you as the management company] have placed the residential needs and comforts in the forefront of your decision making. And you folks have been consistent with unprejudiced rules which apply to all homeowners. Your professional and personal caring has been reinforced by your quick set-up of a hurricane response team. Everyone with whom I have spoken on the phone has listened with great expertise and empathy. Your tone of voice has reflected respect for those of us in need. Some folks here-as you know-have tremendously urgent repair or replacement needs. We Fishers at 1316 Palermo Drive will be grateful if you take care of absolutely everybody else before our fences are replaced or repaired [although repair might be more of a challenge than replacing some of the Bella Vita fences]--- Thanks to all of you for the excellent meetings you have from time to time in our clubhouse, for the superb management we have witnessed for 4 years, and now especially for the hurricane response team activity. We are very appreciative homeowners in Bella Vita.

  • We think you did a fantastic job. You jumped into the job and after a week or two it felt that we had a veteran on our property. We are very pleased with the level of response, in terms of speed and quality, you gave to our concerns and requests.

    We had the expectation that we were going to hit a slow time with the holidays and a temporary manager on board, but it was not the case. We were able to keep going without much disruption. We thank you for that.

    We also want to take this opportunity thank Carrie for her efforts in her first year with us. This is something that the Board had actually discussed doing, but we had not gotten to do yet.

    Carrie we'd like to thank you for the energy you've brought to our team. We can know that our concerns are being taken care of and that they are valued. Your level of commitment to our community makes our lives as a Board much easier, and our community much better. Most of all, we are very grateful for all the work you did on solving the back street issue. A problem that our Board had tried to solve for more than 2 years. And that involved negotiations with many parties, including all the businesses surrounding us, plus many levels of government in our area. What was accomplished was beyond our expectations. Thank you.
