Welcome to the static website of Kings Crossing Community Association, Inc. located in Kingwood, Texas. Kingwood is a master planned community just east of Highway 59 and north of Humble, Texas.
The Kingwood Crossing Community Association is 95% developed. Located within the Association are churches, shopping centers, parks, office complexes, restaurants, various medical/dental facilities, apartments and schools.
The primary purpose of the Kings Crossing CAI is to protect, preserve and enhance property values. This includes maintenance of the esplanades and parks. It also includes administrative functions, the most important of which is architectural review and enforcement to ensure that the property owners maintain their properties to the standards in accordance with the deed restrictions. While restrictions generally have a negative connotation , within the concept of Kings Crossing CAI they can have a very positive influence resulting from uniform compliance and enforcement.
This site has been designed to help the user obtain reference material in the aid of answering questions regarding the Associations' Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, By Laws, Articles of Incorporation, and Development Guidelines. You may also obtain a Commercial Sign Review Application on this site. This application must be filed and approved by the Kings Crossing Architectural Review Committee for new signage or changes to any signage prior installation. This application must also be filed and approved prior to any improvements being commenced at your property.
