Interwood Association, Inc.

Interwood is located south of Beltway 8 and north of Adine Bender Road (State F.M. 525) on John F. Kennedy Boulevard. This boulevard, filled with existing pine trees, provides frontage for a series of developable parcels. The property contains 212 acres, most still undeveloped. Interwood has a boulevard, Interwood Parkway, with two major entrances from John F. Kennedy Boulevard. A north / South boulevard, Heathrow Forest Parkway, provides internal access to Beltway 8 North and F.M. 525. Development parcels will be the sites for a variety of uses including office and light industrial, and support uses such as hotel, spa, restaurant, retail or financial institutions as defined in the Protective Covenants.

Commercial property owners' associations promote effective land use, lower costs by sharing expenses and provide for the shared maintenance of common areas. This efficient structure attracts businesses that provides jobs and increases the tax base of the surrounding communities.

Interwood Association is dedicated to protecting and enhancing the property values of its members. The governing documents of the Association provide a framework for the consistent and impartial enforcement of restrictions, architectural control standards and, through its annual assessments, provides an economy of scale that lowers costs by sharing common area maintenance expenses.
