Sugar Land Business Park (Sugar Land Industrial Park Maintenance Fund), is a 902 acre, mixed-use, deed-restricted business park located near the intersection of U.S. Highway 59 and U.S. Highway 90A in the city of Sugar Land, Texas. The Park has frontage on four major thoroughfares: U.S. 90A, Eldridge Road, W. Airport Blvd., and Dairy Ashford Road. Its close proximity to U.S. 59 and U.S. 90A provides easy access not only from the surrounding residential and commercial areas, but also from downtown Houston and other parts of the metropolitan area. Ongoing infrastructure improvements including the widening of U.S. 59, construction of a full interchange at the intersection of U.S. 59 and U.S. 90A, expansion of the Grand Parkway, and construction of the Westpark Tollway will further enhance the area's accessibility.
