Trash Pick Up Days:

Collection is once weekly, every Friday. Heavy trash pick up is on the first Wednesday of every month. For questions or to set up service, please call the City of Houston at 713.837.0311.

Mailbox Keys:

Obtain from the previous owner or contact a locksmith.  AMI does not have keys nor access to your mailbox.  Mailbox keys can also be obtained from the Post Office located at 3030 W. Fuqua St., Houston, TX 77045-9998.  Owners will be required to provide proof of ownership.

Visitor Parking:

Overnight parking of any vehicles in the street is prohibited.

The Association assessment fee is due on January 1st of each year.

ARC Requirements:

All exterior changes must be submitted to the Architectural Review Committee for review and written approval obtained prior to commencement of work.  There is a $25.00 processing fee for each application, which is payable to AMI
