Trash Pick Up Days:

Trash pick up days are Monday and Thursday.  Please do not place your trash outside prior to the scheduled pick up day.  Trash must be in appropriate containers and removed the evening of the pick up.  Heavy trash pick up is every Thursday.

Mailbox Keys:

Obtain from the previous owner or contact a locksmith.  AMI does not have keys or access to your mailbox.  Mail keys can also be obtained from the U.S. Post Office located at 9898 Almeda Genoa Road, Houston, TX 77095-9998, 713-947-1056.  Owners will be required to provide proof of ownership to the post office.

Visitor Parking:

Overnight parking of any vehicles in the street is prohibited.

Assessment Due Date:

The Association assessment is due on January 1st of each year.

The Association assessment fee is late on February 1st of each year.

All payments received after the due date are subject to additinal charges of $20.00 plus 18% per annum, or maximum non-usurious rate of interest.

ARC Requirements:

 

All exterior changes must be submitted to the Architectural Review Committee for review and written approval obtained prior to commencement of work.  There is a $25.00 processing fee for each application which is payable to AMI.  Pool applications must be accompanied with a $500.00 deposit, which will be deposited and returned upon completion of the pool, providing there is no damage to the common area, the pool equipment is screened from view of the street and common area, the common area is screened with some type of evergreen shrubbery, and front yard is restored to its original condition.
