Trash Pick Up Days:

Pick up days are Tuesday and Friday.  Trash should be put out by 7:00 a.m. the day of pickup.  Garbage service commences as soon as water service has been set up for the property.  Call the City of Richmond Customer Service at 281-342-5456 to set up water service.  Invoices for water and sewer will include charges for garbage service.  You may be required to go to their office located at 402 Morton Road, Richmond, TX 77469 to set up water, sewer, and garbage service.

Mailbox Keys:

Obtain from the previous owner or contact a locksmith.  AMI does not have access nor keys to your mailbox.  Mailbox keys can also be obtained from the Richmond Post Office located at 5560 FM 1640, Richmond, TX 77469.  Their telephone number is 281.633.0386.  Owners will be required to provide proof of ownership to the post office.

Visitor Parking:

Parking on the street for a period longer than 48 consecutive hours is not permitted.

The Association assessment fee is due on January 1st of each year.

ARC Requirements:

All exterior changes must be submitted to the Architectural Review Committee for review and written approval obtained prior to commencement of work.  Pool applicatoins must be accompanied with a $500.00 deposit.
