Trash Pick Up Days:

Trash pick up days are Wednesday and Saturday.

Mailbox Keys:

Mailbox keys are obtained from the previous owner, or a locksmith can be contacted.  AMI does not have keys or access to any mailbox in the community.

Pool / Tennis Court Keys:

Two pool tags are mailed out in the month of April to everyone in the community.  If you need additional tags, please contact AMI.

Gate Key / Transmitter:

You may obtain gate cards or transmitters by contacting AMI.  The gate cards are currently $10.00 each, and the transmitters are $40.00 each.

Visitor Parking:

There is visitor parking throughout the property.

Assessment Due Date:

The annual assessment is due on January 1st of each year.

Assessment Late Date:

The annual assessment is late on February 1st of each year.

Assessment Late Fee:

If the assessment is received after January 31, a late fee of 18% per annum will be assessed to the account.
