Trash Pick Up Days:

Trash pick up is Thursday.  Please do not place your trash cans outside prior to the evening before the scheduled pick up day.  Please return your trash cans to a location not visible from the street.

Mailbox Keys:

Obtain from the previous owner or contact a locksmith.  AMI does not have keys nor access to your mailbox.  Mail keys can also be obtained from the Fairbanks Post Office located at 7050 Brookhollow West Dr., Houston, TX 77040-9998.  Tel: (800)ASK-USPS.  Owners will be required to provide proof of ownership to the post office.

Visitor Parking:

No vehicle may be parked in the street for a period exceeding 24 hours.

The Association assessment fee is due on  January 1st of each year.

All payments received after the due date are subject to additional late charges of 18% per annum.

ARC Requirements:

All exterior changes must be submitted to the Architectural Review Committee for review and written approval obtained prior to commencement of work.  Pool applications must be accompanied by a $500.00 deposit.  There is a $25.00 processing fee for each application, which is payable to AMI.
