Trash Pick Up Days:

No pick up service is available.  Dumpsters provided by Cape Royale Utility District off Cape Royale Drive for property owners/residents residential garbage.  There is also a "brush site" just down Cape Royale Drive for tree limbs (with a chipper), large boxes, appliances, etc. which is open 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. 7 days a week, also maintained by CRUD.


Mailbox Keys:

There are "cluster boxes" located throughout the "Cape" in each neighborhood.  Keys may be acquired by contacting the Coldspring Post Office or the rural carrier on the route.


Pool / Tennis Court Keys:

Property owners may check out these keys at the Guardhouse at the entrance to Cape Royale.


Gate Key / Transmitter:

There is a 24-hour controlled access into the "Cape" staffed by Securitas Security Services.  Property owners should notify gate when they are expecting guests, workers, etc.  Property owners are also asked to provide a yearly list of recurring workers, family members who may be admitted without calling, etc.  Property owners also apply for vehicle stickers in order not to stop at the Guardhouse.  There are a maximum of 4 vehicle stickers per property owner.  Yearly stickers are also provided as long as fees are paid current.  Forms are available at the Guardhouse, processed by the POA office, and then applied by Gate personnel.


Visitor Parking:

Deed restrictions require off-street parking.  Vehicles must be parked in driveways.


Assessment Due Date:

Traditionally, POA fees are due in full on January 1 each year.


Assessment Late Date:

February 1st of each year.


Assessment Late Fee:

Accrued interest at 1.5% each month (18% per annum) p.m. February 1, and will be accrued the first day of each month until the balance is paid in full.

Adjoins Cape Royale Golf Course (18 holes) open to the public with memberships available.

Full service Marina opens Thursday through Monday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

Cape Royale Community Association conducts numerous social events throughout the year ($20 annually).

Recreation center is available including swimming pool ($30 annual family membership fee).

Exercise room, three tennis courts, and a basketball court. 

Club room (for dining and bar).

Civic room (for meetings, bridge, majhongg, etc.) are available for rent.

There are also numerous parks and playgrounds.

Active Cape Royale Boating Association with numerous events throughout the year.

Trailer storage available at $20 annually, based on space availability.

ARC Requirements:

Please refer to the Construction Information Manual - revision 17.  ACC meets the first and third Monday each month.  Fees required for ACC review and Road Maintenance (non-refundable) and builder deposit (refundable).  Information is available on the Cape Royale website at www.caperoyale.org.
