Trash Pick Up Days:

Trash pick up days are Tuesday's and Friday's. Please do not place your trash cans outside prior to the evening before the scheduled pick up day. Please return your trash cans to a location not visible from the street.

Mailbox Keys:

Obtained from the previous owner or a locksmith can be contacted. AMI does not have keys nor access to your mailbox. Mail keys can also be obtained from the Richmond post office located at 5560 FM 1640 RD. Richmond, TX 77469 Tel: 281-633-0386. Owners will be required to provide proof of ownership to the post office.

Pool / Tennis Court Keys:

Pool cards are mailed out from AMI to all new residents once closing documents have been received. The closing documents are generally received approximately two weeks after closing date. Cards are activated to allow access only to members in good standing. all members in good standing. The same cards can be used to acces the tennis courts everday from 7a.m. to 10p.m. Additional pool/tennis court cards can be obtained from AMI for $5.00 each. Please note that the pool gate can only be accessed during pool season.

Visitor Parking:

Overnight parking of any vehicles in the street is prohibited.

Assessment Due Date:

The Association assessment fee is due on January 1st of each year.

Assessment Late Date:

The Association assessment fee is late on February 1st of each year.

Assessment Late Fee:

All payments received after the due date are subject to additional late charges of 18% per annum.

ARC Requirements:

All exterior changes must be submitted to the Architechtural Review Committee for review and written approval obtained prior to commencement of work. Pool applications must be accompanied by a $ 1000.00 deposit and an additional $3000.00 deposit from the pool builder. There is a $25.00 processing fee for each application which is payable to AMI.
