Trash Pick Up Days:

Trash pickup is on Monday and Thursday. Please do not place your trash outside your garage prior to the evening before the scheduled pickup day. Please return your trash can to a location not visible from the street the evening of the pickup. If you have customer service questions, please contact BFI at 713-937-9955.

Mailbox Keys:

Obtained from previous owner or a locksmith can be contacted. AMI does not have keys or access to your mailbox.

Pool / Tennis Court Keys:

Access to the swimming pool is through the Grand Club. Clubhouse staff will provide a badge to be worn for access to the clubhouse facilities. The telephone number is 281-391-2582. There are no tennis courts.

Gate Key / Transmitter:

Gate transmitters are assigned and programmed at the sales office. You receive two remotes with the purchase of your home and can purchase additional units from the sales office.

Visitor Parking:

Visitors may park at the clubhouse parking lot or at your home.

Assessment Due Date:

The Association assessment fee is due on the 1st day of each month.

Assessment Late Date:

The Association assessment fee is late on the 5th day of each month.

Assessment Late Fee:

All payments received after the 5th of the month are subject to an additional late charge of $25.00.
