Trash Pick Up Days:

Trash pickup is on Tuesday and Friday. Please do not place your trash cans outside prior to the evening before the scheduled pickup day. Please return your trash can to a location not visible from the street the evening of the pickup.

Obtained from previous owner or a locksmith can be contacted. AMI does not have keys or access to your mailbox.

Pool / Tennis Court Keys:

Access to the swimming pool is through the Carriage House. Clubhouse staff will prepare a badge to be worn for access to the clubhouse facilities. The phone number to Carriage House is 713-436-1062.

Visitors may park at your home.

Assessment Due Date:

The Association assessment fee is due on the 1st day of each month.

All payments received after the 15th of the month are subject to an additional late charge of $10.00.
