Trash Pick Up Days:

Trash pick up days are Wednesdays and Saturdays. Please do not place your trash outside prior to the evening before the scheduled pick up day.

Obtained from the previous owner or a locksmith can be contacted. AMI does not have access nor keys to your mailbox.

Pool / Tennis Court Keys:

These are mailed yearly to homeowners. Additional keys can be purchased from AMI for $25.00.

The Association assessment fee is due the 1st of each month.
