Trash Pick Up Days:

Trash pickup is on Mondays and Thursdays. Please do not place your trash can outside your garage prior to the evening before the scheduled pickup day. Please return your trash can to a location not visible from the street the evening of the pickup.

Mailbox Keys:

Obtained by new Homeowners from the Post Office. AMI does not have keys or access to your mailbox.

Pool / Tennis Court Keys:

Access to the swimming pool is through the BellaVita at Green Tee Clubhouse. Clubhouse Staff (on-site) will prepare you a BellaVita badge to be worn for access to the clubhouse/facilities. There are no tennis courts in the community.

Gate Key / Transmitter:

Gate transmitters/remotes are assigned and programmed at the Sales Office; telephone, 713.922.7600. You receive two remotes with the purchase of your home and can purchase additional units from the Sales Office.

Visitor Parking:

Visitors may park at the clubhouse in the parking lot or at your home.

---

Assessment Due Date:

The Association assessment fee is due on the 1st day of each month.

Assessment Late Date:

The Association assessment fee is late after the 5th of each month.

Assessment Late Fee:

All payments received after the 5th of the month are subject to an additional late fee of $25.00.

BellaVita at Green Tee is located in the Clear Creek Independent School District. The main phone number for this school district is 281.332.2828.

You have chosen to live in a very desirable community that is age restricted. At least on Homeowner my be 55 years of age. Please adhere to the governing documents and rules and regulation of the community.

ARC Requirements:

There are specific guidelines for ARC requirements relating to any changes you desire to change that are visible to the exterior of your home such as storage buildings, basket ball goals, installations of swimming pools, patio covers, repainting, solar screen irrigation, installation of storm doors, satellite dishes and miscellaneous items such as statues, fountains, birdhouses, etc. Please contact AMI for details.
