Trash Pick Up Days:

Trash pick up days are not applicable to the community.  There are trash rooms located on each residential floor that connect via chute to the bins on the 1st floor.

Mailbox Keys:

Obtain from the previous owner. AMI does not have keys or access to your mailbox.

Pool / Tennis Court Keys:

Pool key issued by the onsite management office.

Gate Key / Transmitter:

Obtain from the previous owner. Additional transmitters can be purchased from the onsite manager who can be reached by phone at 713-527-8989. The charge for additional transmitters is $45.00.

Visitor Parking:

The visitor parking is very minimal. The visitor parking areas are marked.

Assessment Due Date:

The Association assessment fee is due on the 1st day of each month.

Assessment Late Date:

The Association assessment fee is late on the 10th day of each month.

Assessment Late Fee:

All payments received after the 10th of the month are subject to an addtiional late fee of $25.00 plus a finance charge of 18%.
