Trash Pick Up Days:

Trash pick up days are Tuesday and Friday. Please do not place your trash outside prior to the evening before the scheduled pick up day.

Mailbox Keys:

Obtain from the previous owner. AMI does not have keys or access to your mailbox.

Pool / Tennis Court Keys:

Pool key issued by the onsite management office.

Gate Key / Transmitter:

Obtain from the previous owner. Additional transmitters can be purchased from the onsite manager who can be reached by phone at 713-527-8989. The charge for additional transmitters is $45.00.

Visitor Parking:

The visitor parking is very minimal. The visitor parking areas are marked.

Assessment Due Date:

The Association assessment fee is due on the 1st day of each month.

Assessment Late Date:

The Association assessment fee is late on the 5th day of each month.

---

Assessment Late Fee:

All payments received after the 5th of the month are subject to an addtiional late fee of $25.00 plus a finance charge of 18%.
