Trash Pick Up Days:

Trash pickup is on Wednesdays and Saturdays. On the pickup days, place your trash cans near the back door. Please do not place your trash outside prior to the evening before the scheduled pickup day. Please return your trash can to a location not visible from the street.

The Association assessment fee is due by January 31st of each year.

The Association assessment fee is late on February 1st of each year.

All payments received after the 1st of February are subject to an additional late charge of 10% per annum.
