Trash Pick Up Days:

Trash pick up is on Tuesdays and Fridays. This is a back door (garage) service. Please do not place your trash can outside your garage prior to the evening before the scheduled pickup day. Please return your trash can to a location not visible from the street the evening of the pickup.

Mailbox Keys:

The Association does not provide owners with mailbox keys. You need to obtain the mailbox keys from the person from whom you purchased your home.

Pool / Tennis Court Keys:

No keys required for the recreational facilities, but you do need to obtain a guest card for the facilities at the reception desk in the recreation center.

Visitor Parking:

There is visitor parking for the recreational facilities at the recreation center.

Assessment Due Date:

The Annual Assessment is due on January 1st of each year.

Assessment Late Date:

The Annual Assessment is late after January 31st of each year.

Assessment Late Fee:

All payments received after February 1st are subject to an additional fee of 10% per annum.

ARC Requirements:

There are specific guidelines for ARC requirements relating to playground equipment, storage buildings, basketball goals, installation of swimming pools, patio covers, repainting, solar screens, irrigation installation, storm doors, satellite dishes, and miscellaneous items such as statues, fountains, birdhouses, etc. Please contact AMI for details.
