Trash Pick Up Days:

Trash is picked up in front of your door on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 7:00am - 10:00am. Also for your convenience there are trash containers located on the ground floor adjacent to the ramp. Please, before placing any trash in the containers, make sure the plastic bags are tied securely.

Mailbox Keys:

The Association does not provide owners with mailbox keys. You need to obtain the mailbox keys either from the person from whom you purchased your home or you will need to install a new lock.

Gate Key / Transmitter:

You need to obtain a remote control operating device from the previous owner of the condominium. This will open the garage door to give you access to or egress from the building.

Visitor Parking:

There is no visitor parking available on site.

Assessment Due Date:

The monthly assessment is due on the 1st of each month.

Assessment Late Date:

The monthly assessment is late on the 10th of each month.

Assessment Late Fee:

A late fee of 18% per annum is assessed if the assessment is not paid by the 10th of each month.

Basic cable is inluded in your monthly assessment. You will need to call Time Warner Cable at 713.341.1000 to have it connected. If you would like any additonal Premium channels, it will be billed at the owners expense.
