Trash Pick Up Days:

Trash pick up days are Monday's and Thursday's. Please do not place your trash outside prior to the scheduled pick up day. Trash must be in appropriate containers and removed the evening of the pick up.

Mailbox Keys:

Obtained from the previous owner or a locksmith can be contacted. AMI does not have keys nor access to your mailbox.

Mail keys can also be obtained from the Klein post office located at 7717 Louetta RD Spring, TX 77379-9998 Tel: 281-257-3806. Owners will be required to provide proof of ownership to the post office.

Pool / Tennis Court Keys:

Pool tags are issued annually to family members 12 and older with a current assessment balance. There is a $15.00 deposit required for tennis court keys. Both can be obtained from the onsite management office located at 19240 Champions Forest Drive.

Gate Key / Transmitter:

Transmitters are required for Manor Estates only and can be purchased from the onsite management office .

Visitor Parking:

Overnight parking of any vehicles in the street is prohibited.

Assessment Due Date:

The Association assessment fee is due on January 1st of each year.

Assessment Late Date:

The Association assessment fee is late on February 1st of each year.

Assessment Late Fee:

All payments received after the due date are subject to additional charges of 18% per annum or maximum non-usurious rate of interest.

ARC Requirements:

All exterior changes must be submitted to the Architectural Review Committee for review and written approval obtained prior to commencement of work. Pool applications must be accompanied with a $1,500.00 deposit.  There is a $25.00 processing fee for each application which is payable to AMI.
