Trash Pick Up Days:

Trash pickup is on Tuesday and Friday. Please do not place your trash can outside your garage prior to the evening before the scheduled pick up day. Please return your trash can to a location not visible from the street the evening of the pickup.

Mailbox Keys:

The new owner should take their escrow settlement papers to the Pearland Post Office on Walnut and request the mailbox keys. The Post Office will take up to 7 days to change the lock and you can come back and pickup your mailbox keys or they will drop them off at the new residence.

Pool / Tennis Court Keys:

Access to the swimming pool is through the Carriage House. Clubhouse Staff will prepare a badge to be worn for access to the clubhouse facilities. The phone number to the Carriage House is 713-436-1062.

Visitor Parking:

Visitors may park at the Carriage House, the Lakeview Lodge, or at your home.

Assessment Due Date:

The Association assessment fee is due on the 1st day of each month.

The Association assessment fee is late on the 15th day of each month.

Assessment Late Fee:

All payments received after the 15th of the month are subject to an additional late charge of $6.00.

ARC applications are processed in house by Country Place Master Association. Homeowners must obtain applications at the Carriage House.
