Trash Pick Up Days:

Trash pickup days are Tuesday and Friday. Please do not place your trash outside prior to the evening before the scheduled pickup day. Please move your trash bin to a location not visible from the street the evening of the pickup.

Mailbox Keys:

Obtained by the new homeowner from the previous owner or a locksmith can be contacted. AMI does not have keys or access to your mailbox.

Pool / Tennis Court Keys:

Obtained by the new homeowner from the previous owner. Additional keys can be purchased from AMI for $25.00.

Visitor Parking:

Visitors may park at your home.

Assessment Due Date:

The Association assessment fee is due January 1st of each year.

The Association assessment fee is late on February 1st of each year.

All payments received after the due date are subject to an additional late charge of 10% per annum.

ARC Requirements:

For changes to the exterior of your home, including but not limited to storage buildings, basketball goals, and swimming pool installation, an ARC application must be obtained from AMI and approval received prior to construction commencing.
