Trash Pick Up Days:

Trash pick up days are Tuesdays and Fridays. Please do not place your trash outside prior to the evening before the scheduled pick up day.

Mailbox Keys:

Contact the Spring Cypress Post Office at 281.373.6125 to request and pay for new keys.  The Post Office  re-keys the mailboxes.

Keys can be obtained at the Fairfield Athletic Center at 281-373-0834.

The Association assessment fee is due on January 1st of each year.
