• Trash pick up days are Tuesday and Friday.

Mailbox Keys:

Contact the Spring Cypress Post Office at 281.373.9125 to request and pay for new keys.  The Post Office  re-keys the mailboxes.

Pool / Tennis Court Keys:

Obtain from Fairfield Athletic Club Center, pool tags are distributed annually.

Gate Key / Transmitter:

Gate remotes for patio homes are available at the AMI on-site office.

Assessment Due Date:

There are two assessments due each year:

1. The individual neighborhood assessment fee is due on January 1st of each year.

2. The Master Association assessment fee is due on July 1st of each year.

Assessment Late Date:

The neighborhood assessment fee is late on February 1st.

The Master Association assessment fee is late on August 1st.

Assessment Late Fee:

All payments received after August 1st are subject individual neighborhood late fees range between $25-$50 finance charges.
