Trash Pick Up Days:

Trash days are Wednesday and Saturday.  Heavy trash is the 1st Wednesday of the month.  Republic Waste bills the owner directly and delivers a polycart trash bin for owners to use.  Trash collection is set up with Republic Waste at 281.446.2030.  Recycling is not offered.

Contact Post Office.  Mailbox keys can be obtained from the Metro Post Office located at 9450 Pinecroft Drive, Spring, TX 77380.  Tel: 281.419.7948.  Owners will be required to provide proof of ownership to the Post Office.

ARC Requirements:

All exterior changes must be submitted to the Architectural Review Committee for review and written approval obtained prior to commencement of work.  Pool applications must be accompanied by a $100.00 deposit.  There is a $25.00 processing fee for each application which is payable to AMI.
