Visitor Parking:

Assessment Due Date:

Assessments are due the 1st day of the month.

Assessment Late Date:

Assessments are late on the 10th day of the month.

Assessment Late Fee:

Accounts not paid by the 10th calendar day of the month will be assessed a penalty of $100, which will be posted on or about the 11th calendar day of the month. 

Subsequently, accounts two months delinquent will be assessed a penalty of $250; accounts three months delinquent and further will be assessed a penalty of $500 monthly until the balance is paid in full.

Accounts will also bear interest at the past due rate on all amounts owed beyond the 10th calendar day.
