Trash Pick Up Days:

Trash pick up days are on Tuesdays and Fridays. Please do not place your trash outside prior to the evening before the scheduled pick up day.

Obtained from the previous owner or a locksmith can be contacted. AMI does not have keys nor access to your mailbox.

Obtained from the previous owner. Additional transmitters can be purchased from AMI for $25.00.

Visitor Parking:

Visitor parking areas are marked throughout the property.

Assessment Due Date:

The Association assessment fee is due on the 1st of each month.

Assessment Late Date:

The Association assessment fee is late on the 15th of each month.

Assessment Late Fee:

All payments received after the 15th of each month are subject to additional late charges of $50.00.
