Trash Pick Up Days:

Trash pick up days are Tuesday and Friday. Please do not place your trash outside your garage prior to the evening before the scheduled pick up day.  Please return your trash can to a location not visible from the street the     evening of the pickup.

Mailbox Keys:

Obtain from the previous owner or contact a locksmith.  AMI does not have keys nor access to your mailbox.

Pool / Tennis Court Keys:

Access to the swimming pool is through the Heritage Club.  The Clubhouse is still under development.  There are no tennis courts.

Gate Key / Transmitter:

You may obtain transmitters by contacting AMI.

Visitor Parking:

Visitors may park at the clubhouse parking lot or at your home.

Assessment Due Date:

The Association assessment fee is due on the 1st day of each month.

Assessment Late Date:

The Association assessment fee is late on the 5th day of each month.

---

Assessment Late Fee:

All payments received after the 5th of the month are subject to a late fee of $25.00.

ARC Requirements:

An ARC application must be completed and submitted for changes to the exterior of your home which includes, but is not limited to storage buildings, basketball goals, installation of swimming pools. ARC applications can be obtained from AMI.
