Trash Pick Up Days:

Trash pickup days are Tuesdays and Fridays. Please place your trash outside next to the carport no earlier than the evening prior to the scheduled pickup. Please move your trash bin to a location not visible from the street the evening of the scheduled pickup.

Mailbox Keys:

Obtained by the new owner from the previous owner or a locksmith can be obtained. AMI does not have keys or access to your mailbox.

Pool / Tennis Court Keys:

Not applicable.

Gate Key / Transmitter:

Obtained by the new owner from the previous owner. Additional transmitters can be purchased from AMI for $25.00.

Visitor Parking:

Visitor parking areas are marked throughout the property.

Assessment Due Date:

The Association assessment fee is due on the 1st of each month.

Assessment Late Date:

The Association assessment fee is late on the 10th of each month.

Assessment Late Fee:

All payments received after the due date are subject to an additional late charge of $10.00.

ARC Requirements:

For changes to the exterior of your unit, ARC applications must be obtained from AMI and approval received prior to construction commencing.
