Trash pickup is on Monday and Thursday. Please place your trash in the trash room located next to your garage door.

Obtain from the previous owner. Additional keys can be purchased from AMI for $10.00 each.

There is a limit of 2 small pets under 25 pounds per household. Pets are not allowed to be left in the patio areas. Only one real estate sign is permitted in one sign per window and one sign in front of the unit.

For changes to the exterior of your unit, including but not limited to storm doors, satellite dish placement, solar film, and burglar bars, ARC applications can be obtained from AMI.
