Trash Pick Up Days:

Trash pickup is on Mondays and Thursdays. Please place your trash in the trash room located next to the garage door.

Mailbox Keys:

Obtain from the previous owner or you can call a locksmith. AMI does not have keys or access to your mailbox.

Pool / Tennis Court Keys:

None.

Gate Key / Transmitter:

None.

Visitor Parking:

Visitor parking is limited and the areas are marked throughout the property.

Assessment Due Date:

The Association assessment fee is due on the 1st of every month.

Assessment Late Date:

The Association assessment fee is late on the 10th of each month.

Assessment Late Fee:

All payments received after the 10th of each month are subject to an additional late charge of $10.00. If the balance is not paid within 30 days of the original due date, an additional charge of 10% per annum is assessed.

Additional Comments specific to property:

There is a limit of 2 small pets under 25 pounds per household. Pets are not allowed to be left in the patio areas. Only one real estate sign is permitted in one front, lower window of the unit.

ARC Requirements:

For changes to the exterior of your unit, including but not limited to storm doors, satellite dish placement, solar film, burglar bars, ARC applications can be obtained from AMI.
