Trash Pick Up Days:

Pickup days are Monday and Thursday.  Trash should be put out by 7:00 a.m. the day of pickup.  Garbage service commences as soon as water service has been set up for the property.  Call 281.350.0895 to set up water service.  Invoice from the Meadowhill Regional M.U.D. will include charges for garbage service.

Mailbox Keys:

Obtain from the previous owner or contact a locksmith.  AMI does not have keys nor access to your mailbox.  Mail box keys can also be obtained from the Klein Post Office located at 10800 Gosling Road.  Owners will be required to provide proof of ownership to the post office.

Visitor Parking:

Overnight parking of any vehicles in the street is prohibited.

Assessment Due Date:

The Association assessment fee is due on January 1st of each year.

Assessment Late Date:

The Association assessment fee is late on February 1st of each year.

Assessment Late Fee:

If the annual maintenence fee is not received by the Association by the 31st day of each January (or other due date established by the Board), it will be deemed to be delinquent and shall bear interest at the rate of 18% per annum or the maximum non-usurious rate allowed by law, whichever is less, from the date originally due until paid.

ARC Requirements:

All exterior changes must be submitted to the Architectural Review Committee for review and written approval obtained prior to commencement of work.  There is a $25.00 processing fee for each application, which is payable to AMI.
