(AMI) offers a full range of professional residential and commercial community association management services to over 250 communities in Houston, Austin, and San Antonio and surrounding areas. AMI was founded in 1979 and utilizes their prestigious reputation, wealth of experience and trusted vendors and contractors to solve many management issues for their clients.

Association Management, Inc. (AMI) manages property owners associations. AMI is engaged by each community’s Board of Directors to provide a complete range of services for the community, including:

Administrative Services


These services include:

  • Planning, organizing and assisting in the conduct of community association Board meetings, Committee meetings and Owners meetings
  • Guiding and assisting the Board in the performance of their duties
  • Maintaining the records of the Association

Financial Services

These services include:

  • Assisting the Board of Directors in preparing the annual budget
  • Handling these financial duties:
    • Collection of assessments
    • Payment of bills
    • Preparation and review of monthly financial statements
    • Administration of the payroll
    • Assisting the Association’s auditor

Physical Property Services

These services include:

  • Regular property inspections to ensure adherence to architectural standards and to verify contractor performance
  • Bidding and negotiation of ongoing maintenance contracts as well as contracts for major repair, and replacement or enhancement projects
  • Supporting the Board in identifying community challenges and opportunities
  • Implementing the Board’s decisions in order to build community and to help maintain and enhance property values.
  • Providing consulting services to Boards for special projects
  • Developer Services include:
    • Reviewing proposed governing documents from an operational perspective
    • Creating development guidelines
    • Preparing original budgets and cash flow projections, etc.
